Healing Events and Workshops
No longer will meditation be difficult. With this workshop we will explore the use of Crystals, colour, oils and meditation exercises for relaxation, also included is a brief explanation on what is meditation and how meditation can unlock suppressed emotions.

Reiki Level 1, is very much about self- healing and working on the physical level, first understanding, what is reiki and the Description of Reiki, followed by the Traditional Story and the Five Reiki Principles, then the effects of Reiki, Sensing energy through your hands,explaining where the Reiki Energy will go, What happens after the initation, the cleansing process, Attunement, Teaching of the hand positions on the body, aura Combing and Body sweeping, Attunement , Teaching of hand positions. Attunement, Self- healing, chakras, and Chair Healing, and of course our own personal exchange and questions and answers.

Reiki level 2 is to do with the emotional, creative and psychic levels, Discussion & Share, explains about the Attunements & Symbols, Using the Symbols and their properties by sending and directing, sending distance healing, beaming the symbols, visualization, Reiki Sandwich, The Psycho- Therapeutic Hold, and working with the unconscious mind.
This course is really one to express and enjoy, especially in small groups to experience exchange of symbols & directing energy.
