About Josie the therapist
It is over twenty years ago now that I moved to Lanzarote, then it was the fear of the unknown and experiencing the adrenalin rush of reaching ones goals, for example a simple thing as going shopping would be a major achievement if one item was brought from a list of six, even though it had taken you all day to acquire it.
It is a different story now than in those days, as the old residents would remember me in a different field of work back then, but for many years now I have been known as Crystal Josie. In a way this been the catalyst of my Spiritual path of knowledge, starting with The White School of Crystal Healing, studies over a two-year period where by I have fine-tuned my healing methods. I found I had the insight with first my hands, then my eyes. I realized I could see and feel the energy blockages and energy leaks within The Human Aura/Energy Field of a person, at that time I started to read the Crystal Cards, only to realize that I could also channel into words the healing energy to help others when they were at a difficult period in their life, or crossroad. These readings would help clear emotional/ mental/ physical blocks in clients, clearing some parts in their Auras, allowing them to make progress in their own lives, this could just be as simple as opening them up to their own inner strength.
At this moment in my life I still did not realize how important this discovery would be to my work, so I continued with my studies with Suzzy Chiazzari, a well known colour therapist, and learnt about psychology, the meaning of colour and using it in Holistic Health Care. This opened up yet again so many doors, as this course contained the use in Therapeutic use of colour, colour in sound and aroma. Colour counseling in reflection readings, colour in clothes, food, breathing and meditation, colour healing in the chakras system, colour through crystals and gems and colour acupressure/ acupuncture points.
As you could see a whole world had open up to me, so I followed this up, by further studying with AURA-SOMA® in vibration medicine and their colour system founded by Vicky Wall, and now continued by Mike Booth at their school in England and all over the world. Letting us see the colours chosen, reflects the need that we have hidden within ourselves, and are soul related.
Then over some years I studied Reiki, incorporating my knowledge of my other therapies to this natural healing system, only to find the combination of this universal channeled energy so very powerful within my healing work.
With my knowledge I have put together workshops, so others can reap the benefits of my experiences, so they also can walk in beauty in this life and life times to come, overcoming the troubled world of today, to help bring peace back among us.
