At Atira we practice and teach in the way known as Complementary Medicine, this means exactly as it is saying Complementary to work along side Conventional Medicine i.e. Doctors and Hospital Care.

What we now know as Complementary Medicine has been around in many life times and cultures, going back to the legendary lost city of Atlantis, Mayan, Incas, The Hebrew Civilizations, Egyptians, The Far Eastern, Canada, Australia, Hawaii and of course Native American Cultures it just goes on and on. So for many of us it just acknowledging and allowing karma to come through, as we all have lived before in one or other of these life times, and have experienced or practiced the therapies we now know as Complementary, it may not be exactly as used in those life times, but the memory comes through allowing us to use these Therapies in the Healing of Today’s World.

Here at Atira, we work and teach, from a Shamanic Perspective, by using energy off mother earth and father sky and the four directions, channelling and using the tools of these elements such as the energies of Crystals and Crystal Healing, this is complemented with Colour Vibrational and Soul Therapy with Colour Counselling and also AURA-SOMA® founded by Vicky Wall and continued by Mike Booth.

Reiki which is channelled, and was founded by Dr Mikao Usui and is a natural healing system, where Universal energy is transferred through the hands of the practitioner, to the person receiving the healing.
